I've followed the reset procedures but the passenger side front window does not work. from the driver side it does not work the passenger side at all, from the passenger side it goes down but only goes up 2-3" at a time. Mar 17, 2017 · Window switch update. I brought the car to the dealer this morning and apparently this window switch issue is a very common problem! Apparently it just needs to be reset and the way you solve the problem is to run the window all the way up so it's closed, then you pull on the up switch again and hold it for 3 seconds. Then release. And I think then its done. If not, its vice versa. No idea about the passenger window not working.

The manual says at the end of the troubleshooting steps if everything else is ruled out to "replace the washer fluid level sensor along with the washer tank."
