Inspect the fuel lines to/from the CP4 and make sure they are not dry rotted/cracked or kinked in any way. Inspect all fuses.

Found circuit from ECM 1 fuse to pin 21 of connector 2 at ECM corroded open. This was preventing programming and the no crank.Also bled the schraeder valve at the front of the motor. P0340 is Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit. It will not set the same code for camshaft sensor error, that has its own set of codes for crankshaft errors. Basically it is not seeing a signal from the camshaft because its not seeing the completed circuit.
