There is a red/blue wire that comes out of the large grey fuse box connector and goes into the passenger side connector on the back of the cluster.The dome light can be disconnected by removing fuse #4 behind the glove box. This will turn of the dome and the lights at the foot wells. The fuse might be blown causing the dome not to work.
