you have to be quick. people have caught on completed ours with 6 min left on the clock. Public event with 6 big minotaurss that gives an exotic on completion. Happens in the current Vex Incursion zone on Neomuna. I killed 4 out of the 6 minotaurs and the game crashed.

When the Terminal Overload is in a different zone then the Vex Strike Force spawns eventually. I got six exotics between Friday and Saturday.
