Random FPS drops mid-game. My FPS drops to below 30 and 20 all of a sudden mid-game at random times and rises back up after a stutter. I was killed in that shutter several times. It's totally unplayable. It has been happening since I installed Outplayed software by Overwolf to record gameplay. However, I'm not sure if this would be the root cause.
